WHAT ARE HARRIS HALL & TUBMAN HOUSE?: Harris Hall & Tubman House are premium, on-campus housing featuring suite-style living (double room with private bath). These communities are privately managed by COCM (Capstone On-Campus Management), not Towson University.

ELIGIBILITY: As outlined on TU’s Housing Eligibility page, Harris Hall & Tubman House are considered on-campus housing for purposes of [TU housing] eligibility.

NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS: Please wait to submit your housing application until you have been officially accepted to Towson University and received your 7-digit TU ID number.

2024-2025 HOUSING COST

Pricing below is per person. Pricing includes all utilities; even cable and internet. Pricing does not include a meal plan. Meal plans are available for purchase through Towson University. Pricing does not include laundry costs. Laundry costs are $1.50/load.

Academic Housing License

$4,939.50/Semester

Academic Housing License: A traditional housing license where residents leave for winter and spring breaks.

Extended 9-Month Housing License

$5,173.00/Semester

9-Month Housing License: An Extended housing license where residents retain access to their suite during winter and spring breaks.
